Overview & History
Since our beginning in 1974, the RTA has gone through many transformations and has expanded to conveniently serve more than two million riders every day. Learn more about the RTA and discover how it all began in this section.

Strategic Plan

Office of Executive Inspector General

Effective July 1, the Office of the Executive Inspector General will accept complaints of misconduct relating to the RTA and, when appropriate, will open and conduct investigations. Review the Office of the Executive Inspector General's policy.
