The RTA contracts with private businesses to secure both goods and services and that procurement is subject to regulatory requirements. Below is a vendor registration form as well as information on the regulations governing public bidding.

Complete and submit your vendor registration here. This will allow the RTA to inform you of upcoming bids or other procurement needs.

RTA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

The RTA has received federal financial assistance for some of its programs and in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) regulations has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program to ensure nondiscrimination in the award of DOT-assisted contracts. RTA 2008 DBE Program Goal

The Regional Transportation Authority proposes to adopt an overall goal for fiscal year 2008 of 19% DBE participation in our U. S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) assisted contracts in accordance with 49 CFR §26.45. For more Information click above.
