The RTA/CTA Transit Benefit Program is a tax-free, employer-provided voucher system for transit service.

The RTA administers the ADA certification program to determine a person's eligibility to use regional paratransit service.

The RTA Customer Service Center, located at 165 N. Jefferson in Chicago, provides maps and electronic timetables for CTA, Metra and Pace at no charge. Customers can also purchase CTA fare cards and CTA passes. Call 312-913-3110 for more information.
