The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) hosted its December public hearings to discuss the 2010 budget and provide an update on the RTA Strategic Plan. RTA Board members offered opening remarks followed by RTA senior staff , who conducted  presentations. Attendees had the opportunity to make public comments. Public comment is still being sought.
