Public Comment Request
We welcome your comments at any meeting. If you wish to address the Board you must complete a Public Comment Request form and agree to the RTA rules and proceedings.

The meetings of the RTA Board are subject to the provisions of the Illinois Open Meetings Act. All records, documents and papers of the Authority, other than those relating to matters concerning which closed sessions of the Board may be held, shall be available for public examination, subject to such reasonable regulations as the Board may adopt.
